Goyen manufactures a wide range of custom built header tanks for pulse-jet dust collector filters, complying with the following European Directives: CEE 87/404 and 90/488 and have fulfilled the conditions required to carry a CE approval. Header tanks are certified for a maximum working pressure of 7,5 bar and are supplied with a test certificate. Suitable for: Dust collector applications, in particular for reverse pulse jet filter cleaning and its variations including bag filters, cartridge filters, envelope filters, ceramic filters, and sintered metal fibre filters. Goyen can also arrange the manufacture of tanks to UL and AS requirements
 

Dustbits can provide off the shelf controllers and bespoke control panels for system automation. Controls can be provided 'off the shelf' with set configurations of 3,4, 5,8 or 12 integral solenoids. These can be provided with or without differential pressure measurement and control to suit your application.

Ordered the spares and don't have the man-power or inclination to do it yourself? Let us fit the filter elements, diaphragm housings, diaphragm kits or new controllers for you. We can arrange to provide electrics and compressed air supplies following an initial visit as required. This will be invoiced separately.
1 Day COSHH Servicing with Report
Legislation now states that filter systems should be assessed every 14 months. dustbits can do this for you and provide a report. The report will include recommendations on repairs, replacements and we will include our quote for parts and labour to replace parts by default. You are then free to proceed with us or shop elsewhere.
